On June 26 and July 10, 2011 KONA organized in collaboration with Filthy Trails (Maasmechelen, Belgium) and Stichting Freeride Achterhoek (Doetinchem, Netherlands) the Kona Freeride Series.

In contrast to previous editions of the Kona Freeride Series round 1 at The Filthy Trails will a DH competition by time registration. The race will consist of two programs that run is the best time for the ranking. There is a men, women and kids (up to 16yr) class.

Round 2 on July 10 at the bike SFA compund will be a competition like a Dirt Jam. What can you expect as a driver? You will get two runs that will be judged on tricks and style on the dirt jumps. The best riders will have to ride the final on the slopestyle/nothshore section. There is a class of men and kids.

You can sign up on this site. Overnight accommodation is possible in consultation with the crew of SFA (www.freerideachterhoek.nl) and Filthy Trails (www.filthytrails.be).

Signing up will cost € 12.50 per round. For the race at the Filthy Trails there is a limit up to a max of 90 participants. Be there on time!
